HAPPY TIMES CHILDCARE INITIATIVE
Happy Times is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in the small town of Wobulenzi, Uganda. What began as a primary school intended to serve local children quickly turned into an organization that is committed to caring for some of the most vulnerable children in the area. Happy Times has three main “organs” as they call it.
